We opened Rambla because West Linn deserved its own place — not a drive to Portland, not a chain restaurant, but a real neighborhood table where food is an occasion and wine is a conversation starter.
Our kitchen draws on generations of Spanish tradition — jamón carved to order, salt cod croquetas fried golden at the pass, saffron-scented rice pulling heat from the wood — and we weave in the very best of Pacific Northwest seasons. Local mushrooms in autumn, Dungeness crab in winter, Hood River stone fruit in summer.
The result is a room that feels like a discovery — somewhere you'll want to return to with different people and different reasons for celebrating.

Rambla sits on Old Willamette's main block — the one with the old storefronts, the wine bar, and the sidewalk that slows you down. We designed the room to do the same: low lighting, communal tables, a bar where the sommelier knows your name.
Our cellar carries over fifty Spanish and Pacific Northwest labels — Albariño, Garnacha, and Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero alongside Willamette Valley Pinot Noir and Rogue Valley reds. Every bottle is chosen to carry a conversation.

Seasonal & local
We source from Oregon farmers we know by name. When Hood River cherries come in, we put them on the menu. When they run out, we find what's next. You won't eat the same Rambla twice.
Made from scratch
Every croqueta is hand-rolled. Every romesco is stone-ground. Every stock simmers overnight. Nothing in our kitchen comes from a bag, a can, or a shortcut.
Unhurried service
We pace your meal the way a good conversation paces itself — plates arrive when they're ready, wine flows when you want it. The table is yours for the evening.
